4 easy steps

Complete Guide to Brewing Methods

1. Coffee Maker (Drip Coffee Maker)

  1. Place 1 tablespoon (10g) of Qawa Mushroom Coffee in the coffee filter.
  2. Add water to the machine's reservoir (usually 6-8 oz per serving).
  3. Turn on the machine and wait for the coffee to brew.
  4. Pour into a mug and enjoy!

2. Keurig / Single-Serve Pod Coffee Makers

  1. Insert a reusable K-cup or coffee pod filled with Qawa Mushroom Coffee.
  2. Fill the reservoir with water and select the size of your cup.
  3. Press "Brew" and wait for the coffee to be made.

3. Pour-Over (e.g., Chemex, Hario V60)

  1. Place a filter in your pour-over cone (e.g., Chemex, Hario V60).
  2. Add 1 tablespoon (10g) of Qawa Mushroom Coffee to the filter.
  3. Heat water to around 90-95°C (194-203°F).

  4. Press down the plunger slowly and serve.

5. Aeropress

  1. Place a filter in the Aeropress and add 1 tablespoon (10g) of Qawa Mushroom Coffee.
  2. Heat water to about 90-95°C.
  3. Pour water into the Aeropress up to the top and stir.
  4. Attach the plunger and press gently for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  5. Enjoy!

6. Siphon Coffee Maker (Vacuum Pot)

  1. Add 1 tablespoon (10g) of Qawa Mushroom Coffee to the filter in the upper chamber.
  2. Fill the lower chamber with water (about 6-8 oz).
  3. Heat the water and wait for it to move into the upper chamber.
  4. Stir and let the coffee steep for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove the heat source, let the coffee drip into the lower chamber, and serve.

7. Moka Pot (Stovetop Espresso Maker)

  1. Fill the bottom chamber of the Moka pot with water up to the safety valve.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon (10g) of Qawa Mushroom Coffee to the filter basket.
  3. Assemble the Moka pot and place it on the stove over medium heat.
  4. Once the coffee starts to flow into the top chamber, lower the heat.

9. Clever Dripper

  1. Place a filter in the Clever Dripper and add 1 tablespoon (10g) of Qawa Mushroom Coffee.
  2. Pour in 6-8 oz of hot water (around 90-95°C).
  3. Stir, place the lid on, and let steep for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Place the Clever Dripper on top of your mug to release the brewed coffee.
  5. Enjoy!
